Since then he has used his veterinary qualifications to explore his two great loves of animal medicine and travel.
He has previously worked for a cumulative 4 years in Hong Kong, and has a passable grasp of Cantonese, as well as stints in multiple states of Australia, the UK, the US, and even the Pacific island of Vanuatu!
After leaving Hong Kong in 2010, Christopher undertook a Residency in Canine and Feline Internal Medicine at the University of Melbourne, which also included externships in Oncology and Cardiology at Michigan State University in the US.
Since that time he has served as Veterinary Director of one of Melbourne’s largest Emergency and Referral hospitals.
Christopher has produced a number of research projects and scientific publications, and holds the 2014 ANZCVS Science Prize for Most Commendable Scientific Paper.
